I've been dieting and training a little harder than normal, can you tell?
Sitting at 204lbs, I've been in the 200's for years and I don't think I'll get any bigger. The great thing about #bodybuilding is you can appear bigger without actually getting bigger. The illusion and symmetry of developing muscle is art 🎨.
Picking specific workouts to train based off of how you look is a skill.
I stated with isolating 1 muscle group and built my foundation off of that.
As I trained and gained more knowledge/experience I learned the value of "training with a purpose"
Training with a purpose is exactly how it sounds. Doing certain exercises based on your tailored needs.
"Workout what you NEED, not what you want"
There is no one size fits all. If you have the approach you will be an average joe. I'm sure not many of you want that. If you're barley starting, I'm sure your goals are a tad different. As you evolve and mature you will develop new goals. They will never stop. They will never be content. Get use to the grind and chase.
I would of never imagined being where I'm at and how I look today. #years#patience#passion#grind#lifting#handstands#weights#bodybuilding#crossfit#barworkout#plyos#yoga#fitness#movement#gfit_motivated
