Last night I did a workout I've done multiple times before but put in more to every single move. I came out looking like this and feeling like I was literally on the moon (and possibly seeing stars) It was amazing. I needed it as I was feeling so icky. Not sick 😷, full of feelings of anger, frustration, self-doubt, etc. I needed back my confidence. So like every night, I put in work. I read some personal development, put in my workout and drank my shake. Made me feel so much better!! Those bright spots on my face and neck aren't stars, it's the proof of the work I put in.
