A little afternoon booty lift with the magic circle. Place the pad of the magic circle where your booty meets your thigh and the other pad right above your ankle. Come down on to your hands (or forearms for less pressure on your wrists) and raise that leg as high as possible. The magic circle helps me with these pulses because I tend to externally rotate and need to work more in parallel. Alternate between pressing the heel down towards your glute and trying to lift the leg higher and higher- sure to be a burner! 🔥
