Today since I had some extra time I decided to ride my bike to some training sessions and the gym. I was able to burn off an extra 500 calories , absorb natural vitamin D from the sunlight , and increase my endurance. It's the small things you DO OUTSIDE your training program that help push you through plateaus.
It's not the 1 hour you contribute to working out that matters the most , it's how you spend the other 23 hours ... 💡💡💡
