Oh hey weights - it's been a while! I've been sticking to mostly cardio, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing the past few weeks and have skipped the weights. Phew - total body cardio with weights this morning kicked my butt! π
Think you need a lot of equipment or a bunch of free weights to get in shape and tone up? These two sets of weights - 3# and 5# - are all I used for the first year!! I just recently started incorporating heavier weights (8-10#) before the cruise. I love the simplicity of working out from home. βΊοΈ
Date night last night! We saw Fate of the Furious - it was awesome! I didn't want to see it to be honest, but ended up loving it! The d-box seating was an interesting experience - fun but not worth the extra $10 per ticket! π¬ We're glad we did it because it was a fun change and we've always been curious if d-box is cool, but probably won't be paying for it again π.
Why I thoroughly believe in grocery pickup, π It has changed my life! I'm all about things that make your life easier and better, what are things YOU do that make your life easier? (I'm so hiring someone to come and clean my bathrooms next month!)
Monday morning sweat sesh done!
After almost an entire week of being off my game I am DESPERATE to get back on track!! I can see and FEEL the results of poor nutrition and no workouts, and I don't like it one bit!
I decided to switch things up and went with Insanity Max 30 this morning, but after about 15 minutes of insane cardio I decided that what my body REALLY needed was some stretching and switched to the 21 day fix Pilates fix. Yet another reason why I LOVE All Access- I can switch things up in less than a minute! Every single Beachbody program ever made streaming right to my tv- and it's on sale this month! ππ» Time to crush the rest of this Monday morning!
