Uniform for the week: @sweatybetty compression leggings and @adidasuk Boost. The biggest proof of how far I've come as a runner since last year's marathon has to be the recovery time. Injury free and just quad domsy I'm trying to work out if that means I could run the #hackneyhalf on Sunday. Lovely @therunnerbeans got me a bib but I can't tell if that's asking for trouble... Enthusiastic or stupid??

Had to push myself to get my running shoes on this morning. But once I was out there, I felt awesome!! Was only gonna go 7 miles today, but got in a solid 10 🏃🏻💨 #antiquit
