When my alarm went off at 410 this morning I wanted so bad to turn it off and sleep til 5. I looked at my phone and saw all of the notifications from the women in my group that showed up for their own goals. I know they're depending on me as the leader to show up too. What kind of coach would I be if I hit that snooze button until 5 and made an excuse, yet, verbally encouraged to show up? As these thoughts ran through my head, I got up, fluffed my hair, downed some water, and pressed play. Today, I stretched- it felt so great. So much that I am going to make it part of my routine to do yoga or stretch 2-3 times a week. I believe this is the answer to all of my back problems and stiffness.
