Spicy sausage pasta.
First of all, I know I've only had three days off the gym but the amount I've eaten over the weekend, plus a family meal out last night I am glad to be back in the gym and eating good! Bad news... My favourite gym instructor is no longer doing fat burn 😓 it's the only class I go to.. Waaaa!
Dinner is spicy sausage pasta - no sauce, all homemamde!
Cook cherry tomatoes in garlic fry light until blackened and soft, add peppers, spring onions, courgette. I then used paprika sausages (low fat, from a food fest) I de-skinned and cut into balls... Fry all together add mushrooms and olives... Squash the tomatoes and add a little water, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and pepper.. I then added cooked brown pasta and sprinkled feta and additional tomatoes under the grill. Dinner and lunch for tomorrow sorted!
After a tiring but beautiful hike yesterday we got lucky with a kitchen full of goods perfect for a protein-packed Buddha bowl.
