PB on Hex bar deadlift 72kg for 5.
PB Bench press 40 for 5
PB Bench press 42.5 for 4.
This was week 5 with Peter as my PT. 9 weeks ago I started circuit training and had the fear of just the bar, now I feel amazing and can't wait to see what Wednesday holds.
Today went really well! 1st place at the All England's 🏅Very happy with how easy my bench felt and my third squat felt good. Deadlifts still ugly but they were ⚪️⚪️⚪️ so meh. Got new PBs in squat at 102.5kg, bench at 62.5kg and comp PB 120kg deadlift so total of 285kg at 45.55kg bodyweight (smaller Emma is back) #allengland#allenglands#pb
