This is a journey that started on november 2015. One that originally began from a simple reason, to live longer and happier for his wife and three daughters. If you ask a 35 year'o who hated running his whole life (he still is FYI 😂), who weighted 88kgs at that time, and already had both chronic back and knee pains, that he somehow can be 23kgs lighter, sees life with smiles and positive attitude, and finish his first 42.195 in just 16months? #shutup mate, thats hollywood ending, noway 😢!! Well I dit it anyway. Its never easy, becoming Mr.lee is never easy. There were moments I doubted my self, mostly when i failed to wake up in the morning, or when i just ate the whole ribs and pasta 😆 or when i hit by injuries and setbacks. Those experiences humbled me, letting me know in the hardest way, that this is for the long haul, there is no shortcuts, and somehow those failures gave me extra motivation. Having a very supportive wife and three amazing daughters surely help.

Video from my workout earlier - I had to take my first break almost a full minute later this time than the first time I did it 🎉 I felt much stronger today and had to take less breaks and barely modified at all! 👍🏼
Sometimes, track Tuesdays leave me feeling inspired, like I can conquer the world. Today's ended with me crying in my car because nothing seemed to have gone right (either in running or life in general).
