I think I have finally perfected the protein oats ✌️
I have found that certain protein powders just work better than others because some just get clumpy in the oatmeal 🤢
But I used @metabolicnutrition chocolate this morning and WOW I am SO FULL! Adding literally 10-15g of protein powder makes the oatmeal SO THICK! Also this added a really rich chocolate flavor 🍫
I literally could not even finish half of this lol I was stuffed.
But the key to making it not taste super "protein like" is to only use HALF a scoop or less and STIR STIR every 30 seconds while cooking!
