Odds stacked against me this morning but I pushed through! .
If you watched my videos on my"story" feed you'll see my internet kept freezing, my spaces was too small for the workouts, etc. .
Instead of giving up I pushed through, workout took longer than expected and I had to modify my workout from what my online trainer wanted. .
It worked. .
I still got a great workout in and sweat my butt off!!
Now to focus on my new nutrition guide and gear up with my team and VIPS!!! We are all in together!! 👊🏼
Hiking activity with my boys last Wednesday. Axel wore long pants to avoid mosquitoes. Steep.Windy all the way up and toasty on the way back. Great exercise though..they called "centipede hill". #hiking#hot#climbing#dad and son #kids#kidactivities#wood

Making some nutritional changes this week. Tweaking things and experimenting on myself!
I am a firm believer that there is not ONE nutrition plan for everyone! We do not have cookie cutter digestive systems! .
I have gotten frustrated with my results so I am changing things. It's great that we all have that choice. If things aren't working, change it! .
So here I go, taking my measurements, pictures and weight 🙄 (really not a fan of the scale but I want to measure everything!) .
