Hello lovelies🙋 Yesterday I mentioned that I would give the recipe for the Mango Salsa a little later and did not get around to it. Firstly thank you for such a wonderful response for the last post😘 .
Alphonso Mango - 1 cubed
Onion (small) - 1 finely chopped
Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 1tsp finely chopped
Salt to taste .
In a bowl put all the above ingredients and give it a good mix. .
Coconut oil - 1tsp
Mustard seed - 1/2tsp
Curry leaves - 10-12
Red chilli - 2 .
Heat a small pan and add the oil. Once hot ass in the mustard and wait for it crackle. Then add the curry leaves and red chilli. Now temper the prepared salsa with this. .
The best part about this salsa is you have a perfect balance of flavours (hot, sweet and sour). I eat this always with rice, sometimes just as snack. If I am eating as a snack then I swap onion with cucumber. However you make it. It tastes really good and the best thing evaaaa🎉☺️ .
