Woo! Over 💯 followers already thankyou everyone! time to tell you all a bit about myself ☺️ ... I'm 19 years old and currently finishing off my first year at uni. I have done exercise all my life as my main hobby is horse riding! However last year I joined the gym to improve my overall fitness in addition to helping me move forward into a better place mentally. I was rubbish at all the traditional 'school sport' exercises so to find something that I could do without being judged was amazing. For me, fitness and exercise is a way to escape from the pressures of everyday life and feel good about myself! I created this account to prove to myself that maybe I was 'that girl' in school who face didn't really seem to fit .. but now I am 'that girl' who can do whatever she sets out to achieve! 💪🏼 💪🏼
I wasn't supposed to make it this far in my transformation. Alot of self doubts, alot of non-believers. Alot of people talking shit about the way i train, my diet, my body etc. But through it all I'm still standing and proud of where I am today. I may not be big on Instagram or social media with all the views and likes, but best believe my heart and will to succeed is bigger than you could ever imagine. And that's what matters too me. It took me a while to love my progress and enjoy the journey. Yes some days are hard and I don't want to do anything but relax, but my journey, my goal, my vision it all leads me straight to the gym(gains). So my point is this, i will stay focused, love the journey and the grind. One day all this is gonna payoff and one day people will know who HARDBODYWORKOUT IS AND WHERE I CAME FROM IN THIS JOURNEY.
