Wow. I'm still recovering from my positive and inspiring visit with the folks at @paddlesuppoke 🐟. I've seen my feed filled with Poke bowls. So you can imagine my level of excitement when I was asked to stop by. I got more than I bargained for. Dan, co-owner and the enduring dreamer, greeted me with a smile & infectious enthusiasm. (Side note: I'm writing a blog about my visit & the inspiring story behind @paddlesuppoke , but I couldn't wait to post my pics!). I asked Dan the usual: story behind @paddlesuppoke , why Boise, etc. Dan is the epitome of the entrepreneur who knew this was his destiny. Everything from the menu items, to the artwork (actual patents filed), to the "Keeping It Raw Boise" fluorescent sign -- are components of his dream which came to fruition. Later during the course of my visit, I met his partner, Jordan. I can't wait to share more about my visit, but in the meantime, I'll let my photos do the talking.
