LEGS - tried rushing my workout tonight and I paid for it
Having little time to complete my workout, I jumped into squats without my full warm up. I worked my way up to 225 and on the first set at this weight, I pushed too hard. I worked through the rest of my squats and into my other exercises but the bad pain in my back was clearly from my squats. I learned a lesson tonight about not pushing through limits such as time and ego. Push the envelope when lifting but not at the cost of your workout.
