I think my teacher has been stalking IG and getting lotsa inspiration from @cyogalab's #HipImmersion . π€£ My poor hips got a shock from an early morning hippy class yesterday. A number of the daily poses were condensed into 30 mins π³ but hey, all that hip opening and tension release meant no warm up was needed for this baby hopper today! βπΌ
PS: This baby hopper actually requires more engagement in that extended leg to prevent slippage. I'm reminded of my own words to my students - activate your BANDHAS!! π

Listen to the voice of your heart.

The heart takes into account what has to be done and the best way to do that. The heart takes emotions into account, the way things feel, the way you feel, the wisdom of your soul. The heart leads us into and through the lessons we are here to learn.
Cultivate your inner voice. Practice listening to the whispers of your heart. Practice trusting your intuition, what you really feel, what you really know. Practice until that voice is the one you hear. #firstname.lastname@example.org
