It's the last week of the goddess theme at Falmouth Yoga space. It's been a great month! I've felt inspired, telling empowering story's, and making women (and men) feel badass. This week has been it's been a little deeper. This week has been about Kali, and although she's badass, she can bring us to our knees in dispute if we try and reject her. .
She is the side of us that so many try to hide. She is anger and rage. She is our ferral side. If we suppress this side of us, we can fuck up so many good things in our lives, when all can be avoided. Relationships can crumble, self worth becomes non existent. We are at risk of feeling like the world owes us something. .
Embrace our shadows, and life becomes beautiful again. So what you get pissed off sometimes, as long as it's for the right reasons, and if it's not you apologize to who ever you need to. So what if you go wild sometimes, as long as you're not hurting any body, including yourself. So what if sometimes you are filled with so much rage all you want to do is punch, kick and scream, as long as you don't do those things to a living soul. .
The other day, I took all my rage out on the laundry basket. I threw it as far as I could and screamed at the top of my lungs. It felt SOOOOOOO good! Be all the things you need to be, feel all the things you need to feel, just make sure you don't hurt yourself or others in the process. Know that tomorrow is always a new day, with new beginnings, new excitement, new struggles and most importantly, another chance to fall in love with love all over again. .
Ko ti je težko in trpiš imaš zlomljena krila , takrat je osebna rast največja. V življenju se dogaja slabo in dobro ,da se razviješ v to ,kar si želiš biti . Svetujem veliko,dihanja,meditacije , narave da se slišiš,potem spremeniš opazuješ in ponoviš ,če je potrebno ✔️ Nikoli ne obupaj nad sabo , uživaj na svoji poti in veseli se vsakega dneva posebi .
When you have hard time in life and you suffer , then personal growth is the greatest . In life, it's bad and good to develop into what you want to be. I advise a lot of breathing, meditation, nature to hear yourself, then you change observe and repeat, if necessary ✔️ Never give up on you, enjoy your journey and enjoy each day especially. :)
