I don't ride often but when I do, I go HAM! Haha set out for 35-40miles today and ended up doing 45... I was so close to the trail head that I just had to get there! So I did half the #wodtrail today and by fall my goal is to be able to do the whole thing round trip (about 90miles). Now it's time to shower, grocery shop and meal prep for the week ahead! What are y'all doing today to get your week off to the best start!?
