Every work is important for society. It's not just engineers or diplomats or doctors are important for a nation's development. Every citizen contribute to the nation building by his/her contribution and what exactly is the contribution ? The contribution is doing his work at the best of scale. As Dr. Martin Luther King once said, " If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets as Michelangelo painted or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, " Here lived a great sweeper whi did his job well. " " And stop giving " respect " on the basis of designation. You just can't respect a person just 'cause he's an educated man and speaks harshly to an illiterate. Don't forget that, the so called educated of us lives each day just 'cause a person who didn't give Damn about so called "education" and did farming and grow vegetables and fruits. "Education" is a tool to bring good to humanity but what's good of having an education that make you judge people on the basis of their economic stature. You can find a new PM and appoint him/her in few hours but if the farmers or the sweepers or the Rickshaw-walas or Cabbies go on strike even for few hours, the whole society will be in chaos. So please don't mistreat people just on the basis of their work and economic stature. Be kind with kind and as the Lincoln wrote in a letter to his son's teacher , " He will have to learn, I know, that all men are not just, all men are not true, but teach him for every scoundrel there is a hero. " Be a hero just by giving what they deserve and that's RESPECT for their work.
