Deadlifts to end my Leg day today, only went to 405lbs for 3 sets of 5. It's important to emphasize proper control and form which is what I've been starting to do, getting my full body engaged rather than just moving the weight. You definitely feel it a lot more when you focus on the contraction at the top as well as the stretch lowering the weight back to the ground. Focusing this year in being more of an all around athlete rather than someone who just lifts weights. Mobility and functionality is just as important if not more than how big you are in the gym.
