I cannot highlight this #absexercise enough.
It's a bang for a buck type of exercise as you get so many benefits when you do it.
This exercise works not only your #abs , #obliques , but addresses the most common weaknesses in human body - #glutes and hips.
It's definitely one of my favourite #abexercises lately. It feels I am getting stronger every time I do it. And I am #gettingstronger as I am getting rid of my weaknesses.
